Why Personalization Matters Especially

Nancy AdamsLumina did a great job installing our panels. They were responsive to most problems as they came up after the installation. We did have issues after a lightning strike and we asked about getting a surge protector but after some back and forth and additional costs on my end, we had the extra system installed. I still think the company did a good job and I'm very happy with the end result, especially my much reduced power bills.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Montgomery County Pennsylvania by Nancy Adams
Kevin CarverWorking with Lumina Solar and Tim Cooke has been one of the best decisions we’ve made since buying our home. We are now a year into our new solar panel System and couldn’t be happier. As a roofer by trade, i was VERY selective of the company to install the system. Lumina impressed me from start to finish. 10/10 recommendReview of Lumina Solar PA in Montgomery County Pennsylvania by Kevin Carver
Harrison BurchExtremely professional! We worked with Christopher Richardson and he made the whole process so simple. The crew that showed up installed everything in only a few hours and then walked me through what they had completed and what the next steps were. If I would have known this was so easy, I would have done this a while ago!Review of Lumina Solar PA in Montgomery County Pennsylvania by Harrison Burch
Jason QuattroI had researched solar for a couple of years before finally deciding to pull the trigger. I talked to quite a few installers and got a ton of different options on panels, wattages, inverters, pricing, financing and warranties. What I really like about lumina is they do everything in house and nothing is subcontracted out. The entire process with them from start to finish was smooth and professional. They have excellent prices, use top rated panels (I chose the REC 405 watt panels) and the best warranty (30 years). I got 25 year financing and pay much less than my electric bill was. Lumina was very organized and professional every step of the way. The install was very clean and I liked how they ran the wiring through the attic and down the house tucked against the gutter so you can barely see it. Peter Hayes was fantastic and even came out to my house on the day the install was completed to check up on everything. I installed a “sense” system (one of the best purchases I have made) so I can monitor real-time consumption and production. During my first month I sent over 1100 kWh back to Peco (after factoring in consumption) and that’s with charging an electric car. The system also performed great over the rest of the year and the winter. I have banked enough kWh during the spring/summer to draw from during the lower solar production months. Now that a year has passed I am happy to report that I have produced a good bit more than I consumed so Peco will send me a check for the excess energy! If you are on the fence about solar reach out to Lumina… you will be glad you did!Review of Lumina Solar PA in Montgomery County Pennsylvania by Jason Quattro
Scott JensenVery impressed with these guys especially Peter! Even though they didn’t installed a system for me they communicated extremely well and were willing to work with me.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Montgomery County Pennsylvania by Scott Jensen
Tyler BridwellI highly recommend Lumina Solar. They are a complete, one stop solar solution. Making the transition to solar can be a daunting endeavor and a huge investment. Lumina Solar and more specifically Christopher Richardson made my transition to solar a fantastic and rewarding experience. I have the highest confidence in my rooftop system and am extremely satisfied with my investment. Lumina is a top notch organization. I decided to transition to solar for several reasons. I liked the idea of making and using my own electricity. More independence from the power company was a huge motivator. But the numbers had to work. I wanted to make an investment that would pay for its self and continue to provide a return on my initial investment. I also wanted to be more environmentally responsible. Diving into the world of rooftop solar can be overwhelming. It is absolutely necessary to do your homework and get several quotes from competing companies. I received quotes from five different solar installation companies. I elected to go with Lumina Solar in the winter of 2022 and have been completely satisfied and extremely happy with my investment and choice of solar installers. Lumina was not the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive. But their product is so much more than panels and wire. They are a complete solar solution. From the very first meeting with Christopher I was impressed. Lumina does more than just the installation. They provide support every step of the way from the initial roof inspection to long after your system starts producing power. I was a skeptic from the very beginning when I started researching solar installers. I had other solar companies flat out lie to me. Some companies wanted the ‘quick sale’ and tried to lock me into a contract immediately. Others were using ‘fuzzy math’ when demonstrating the potential money advantages of rooftop solar. Lumina Solar was different. They were straight up honest and competent from the very beginning. Even when local red tape and logistical challenges pushed the project deadline back, they never wavered. They continued to be honest and forthcoming. Christopher was always available for questions, day or night. He was rock solid and with me every step of the way. Lumina solar offers many advantages that set them apart from other companies. Their warranty is of the highest quality on the market backed by a Solar Insure guarantee. This provides an added piece of mind. They also enroll their customers into a SREC management program that sells your energy credits for you. This takes all the headache and stress off of the customer. Like I stated above, Lumina Solar has thought of everything. Their comprehensive approach to rooftop soar goes way beyond installing panels on your roof. They cover every aspect involved in making the transition to solar. And more importantly, they back it up in the contract. I am very happy with Lumina Solar and Christopher Richardson!! Lumina Solar made my transition to solar a very positive and rewarding experience!Review of Lumina Solar PA in Montgomery County Pennsylvania by Tyler Bridwell
